I made the application to the internship position because the role being perfectly aligned with the Information Systems course-work. I learnt to be able to manage multiple projects (Deployment projects for 5 countries) at a time often spinning multiple plates at once. I updated Deviation Logs for all 5 countries with respect to the Commercial Apps. Maintained and distributed reports at various levels to portray the status of the project to higher management of enVision. Business Analyst- It gave me insights into how a Business Analyst tries to convert user requirements and ideas into functional specifications or user stories using agile methodology. Another facet to this role was to be able to see the system as whole and not just individual silos by learning the interface between the old legacy system JDE, Salesforce and the iPad application. I got to learn the different terminologies used in an agile approach to a project like OQ/PQ (Operational Qualification/ Performance Qualification), Daily Scrum, Epic, Scrum Master, Release Planning, Sprint Planning and Sprint Review. I created the Business Process Maturity Assessment or the Discovery Questionnaire and the enVision Data Template for the 5 apps which would elicit the required configuration from the prospective affiliates.
